Mandatory data required for the processing of contracts are marked separately, other data are voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. For this purpose, we may pass on your payment data to our house bank or to an online payment service used. 2.4.1 Google Analytics

Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of a website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of a website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data, as Google has stated.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

The websites use Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that personal references can be ruled out. If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user.

Insofar as data is processed outside the EU/EEA and there is no level of data protection corresponding to the European standard, we have concluded EU standard contractual clauses with the service provider to establish an appropriate level of data protection. The parent company of Google Ireland, Google LLC, is based in California, USA. A transfer of data to the USA and access by US authorities to the data stored by Google cannot be ruled out. The USA is currently considered a third country from a data protection perspective. You do not have the same rights there as within the EU/EEA. You may not have any legal remedies against access by authorities.

With the help of the cookie ID, Google can also record so-called conversions. This analyses whether a user who sees a Google ad later visits the advertiser’s site and makes a purchase there. According to Google, the GMP cookies do not contain any personal data.

The user’s browser establishes a direct connection to Google through the Google Marketig Platform. This data processing is carried out by Google, which is why we have no influence on the scope and use of the data. By using the GMP, Google processes the information that the user has called up a certain website or clicked on a certain advertisement. If the user is registered with Google or a Google service, the visit can be assigned to the user account. Even if the user is not registered with Google, it is possible that the IP address will be recorded and processed by Google.

The data processing takes place according to the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR.

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 6(1)(b), GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
